When to use Eyecarelive

  1. Preliminary screening for refractive surgery (LASIK, SMILE, PRK)*
  2. Non-emergent conditions like red eye, pink eye, irritation
  3. Follow-up visits for dry eye
  4. Post-operative visits

*Additional diagnostic testing at clinic to determine final candidacy

Schedule  a  Virtual Visit

  • Tap Find Doctor/Clinic and enter David Rex Hamilton, then tap Select, then Connect
  • Select Make an Appointment
  • Select your payment method

Choose your type of visit: General Consultation or Dry Eye Consultation

Follow instructions: When taking photo, MAKE SURE FLASH IS TURNED ON

Your Virtual Visit

Dr. Hamilton will call you via the app during your scheduled time unless otherwise communicated.
